Melissa Cameron

Melissa Cameron is an Organic Master Gardener, garden expert and founder of The Good Seed. She is passionate about the connection between human health and nature and believes that regenerative gardens can help create food security and broaden ecological diversity. As the co-founder of the Abermoray Garden Collective, Melissa grows and donates harvests for families with young children who face food insecurity.  With features on websites such as Farmer’s Footprint, Floret, and Toronto Life, she is a regular podcast contributor to the Tonic Living Show and writes a garden column for Canadian Vegan Magazine. The Good Seed specializes in organic edible gardens, pollinator and native garden plantings and sustainable cut flower garden designs.

Luay Ghafari

Luay Ghafari is an urban gardener, published author, recipe developer, writer, garden educator and founder of Urban Farm and Kitchen. His mission is to guide and help anyone on their gardening and food growing journey. He grows thousands of pounds of organic food in raised beds, containers, gutter systems and other ingenious space saving methods. No garden is too small to grow! He is passionate about the garden to table movement. With a large online following, he shares his abundant harvests, some tips and tricks as well his culinary creations and recipes. He has been featured in articles, print and digital media (Toronto Life, Food52, Medium, Angi). He has also worked with several brands including Premier Tech (Pro-mix), Vitamix, Home Hardware, Kubota Canada and others.
